Here is my color scheme and custom designed decals
for the ALEX.

Changed the color scheme a bit. Took off the gray
stripes and made the mid section grayer than before. Changed the
armor and weapons too. I think it looks cleaner now. I think with
the stripes, it looked a bit overdone. If you can take something
away and have it still look good, you probably didn’t need it in
the first place.

Son of a Thousand Seams

furthermore $#@!!!

This damn kit has more awkward seams than I ever imagined
possible. Both the upper and lower arms are split in half. Plus
the upper legs are split as well. So this means I’ll have to first
paint the internals, then mask them, then add the arms, legs, whatever
external armor, putty/sand, then paint the externals. What a pain
in the @$$.

I’m seriously considering holding off on this kit
for now until I develop the patience for bad design.
Oh well, we’ll see.
