AUG Gert.E Retro Robot (Files Only)

Gert.E is a redesign of my original AUG Gertrude.D robot design to be smaller, cuter, and better articulated. These pics are of three printed samples I finished. This kit has over 100 parts and requires the joint polycaps to be printed in TPU filament with the rest of the kit being printed in resin for best articulation results. A Chitubox file is included with pre-supported resin pieces in addition to the raw unsupported STLs. The eyes have holes for 3mm LEDs which can be optionally lit. Because the head already makes the figure somewhat top-heavy, I recommend using a single small 3v coin cell battery of your choice. Clear lenses are included for printing, but I recommend making lenses (6.6mm dia) from clear thick UV resin dropped onto a clear disk or holographic film, then cured. Resin Parts: I recommend using a good engineering resin like Siraya Tech Fast Mecha White mixed with Fast Navy and a little Tenacious to get a really nice plastic feeling set of parts.
TPU Polycaps: I use Overture Easy TPU for the polycap parts printed on a Neptune 2s at 220C nozzle temp, 22 speed, and 60C bed temp.
