I wonder about the guy that can sit through a David Lynch movie and say, "I saw that coming."

Another great piece.  The layout reminds me of other pieces from you (a suit hiding behind some structure).  I think it's the big gun, the hand "shield", and the shape of the suit, somehow it really reminded me of Dorvak.  As for the build/finish/weathering, it's top-notch as usual.  That piece of rubble on the ground (looks like a donut!) is really interesting.

Thanks Major. Ok mental note, no more suits behind buildings. Dorvak, hadn't thought of that but see it now. Mmmm donut. It's part of the Verlinden castings.

Looks great! Nice camo pattern, and excellent painting as usual. What is that doughnut rubble anyway?

This is an outstanding build, Whenever I think of Ma.K for some reason your avatar picture for the forums comes into my head, Dont know why.  :P

I think the most outstanding part of this is your talented painting, the attention to detail makes this kit very immersive and realistic. I love these builds because every time you look at it something new becomes noticeable and you can see the care put into the build.

I have a question about it, the small tarp/cloth in the front of the building... did you use actual fabric for that?

Many thanks AF. My image is burned into your brain.

The tarp is a piece of lead foil from a wine bottle, draped, folded and painted with VMC.

Interesting, I've seen those used to make bullet shells before too.
Very creative thanks for the response! Maybe I should take up wine? How's it affect the building proses?
Just kidding, I actually can't stand the taste.

I like the little touches, like the hand shield that the Major mentioned, and the elbow pads. This looks more like a combat machine than your average MaK design. at least to a MaK outsider like me.

Meh, Close enough.  :D

I was going for more "modern" looking accents, like the knobby elbow pads and two handed laser gun. The "timeless" setting and historical paint scheme help ground it though.

You can almost hear the sounds of armor on stone...

It's a great job and nice to see another clean Ma.K build.
