This project is coming along quite well. That King Tiger barrel is gonna look really nice. I'm already getting a sense that this whole kit and base is gonna be detailed-up like crazy.

You've got a neat technique to create weld beads too. I've never attempted that featrue on a kit before.  I wonder if you could also use poly-putty to create the same effect?

WOW! Once again, an extraordinary job, Keenix. The notes on the modification are a nice addition as well. Looks like a lot of doctoring went into this piece. That's probably why I have yet to attempt an old school kit like this one I guess! I really like the clean look of the kit.

Everything is looking good, Keenix! No complaints from me.

Holy crap, dude! Those are some of the best AFVs I've ever seen. The detail is incredible. Let me just say I've not even made it past the Tiger II yet and I'm already sold!

Thanks so much for posting this, FF!

Great work on both kits U-recca, I really enjoy looking at your work.

By the way, how big is that Huckebein kit? Is it the same size as a Gundam 1/144 kit or is it bigger?

Thanks so much, Keenix! It is, in fact, 1/144 scale. Although, when I put it next to my GM Cold district HGUC it seems a few millimeters taller. *shrugs*

I made extra decals for a cargo pod that just say "Sunflower Seeds". I haven't decided if I wanna make the box though. I might do it, but I have other projects I want to get to and the ball is mostly a "mental health kit" after my dio projects.

I know what you mean !LOL!

The Ball looks good. I already have a small custom asteroid base ready for mine to do a similar float. The stock base is nice, but overused IMO.

Thanks, FF! Yeah, I've just about milked all I can out of both ground enironments. Although, don't be surprised to see it used for images of action figures and what know, MSIA's and GFIXs, etc. Recycle!!

It was kinda hard to get a steady photo of the kit while suspended. It kept wanted to spin around such....blah!

It occurred to me today that if I were doing a Ball I'd want to have it carrying something - and probably floating sideways or semi-inverted. Maybe a mirror for the Solar System...

When I saw the red ball I thought it might have been a Star-Wars-inspired scheme (like the Millennium Falcon's red-brown areas intermixed with the grays, etc..)

This kit is really great for something like that too. Once you build it, I think you;ll really dig the posability in the arms and the manipulators.

I've finally gotten around to taking some basic photos of the 1/144 Koto Huck from SRWs. Nothin' flashy or anything.

Also took some new pix of my MG Ball in a floaty pose....again, just playing with some ideas and such.

Sorry about recycling old kits, but I promise I'll get some new stuff out here soon!

Ah well, I hope you enjoy. Check out the link in my sig for the images.

I voted OOB with custom paint and decals. I certainly wish I had just a bit more time to do some mobility mods though.  I tend to scratchbuild only what I need to complete a look or a particular accessory. There does seem to be a challenge with having the barebones kit and attempting to see what kind of colors and decals would fit a particular mecha.

As irony would have it, the further I get my modeling skills to progress, I'm not sure if it takes me a longer time to complete a kit or a shorter time. hmmm.... :?

Hey, man! Sorry I hav'nt posted here in a while. I'm just so used to posting over at CoM while I'm at work.  I'll try and show up more oftern, sir!  :o

Everything is looking way good as per usual! I'm actually going to be starting painting on my Camile and Four recasts. All my prep work is completed so it's actually very nice to see how you are appoaching your resin figures.

I really can't wait to see how you pull off those strands of hair. Quite challenging indeed!

Anyway's,  You know I'm gonna be down for anything Shirow Masamune! I know you're going to hook this figure up, dude! :D
