It has this very rustic feel of it. Nice.

Pylox spray cans??? that's really good for a paint job like this. Like all the added armor plates and bits.

I'd love to buy a recasted version of your railgun when the entire thing's done  :D

Somehow I think a slightly better camera would do the kit justice. The weathering's quite nice, but feels a bit weird in some places, especially the rust.

With some weathering, it'll definitely look like a battle worn desert color scheme Geara Doga

But it looks like a test type or training MS to me  liking the even shading.... btw, you did pre or post shading?

I'm just curious as to what color scheme you will pick for this kit, since the detailing looks awesome to me.  :twitch:

I like your shade of white, and replacing the chrome for it. The blue 'toe' needs a bit of getting used to, because it didn't blend in well with the color scheme to me; probably needs a little getting used to.  :P

Nevertheless, I like your detailing with the panel linings and Kotobukiya MSG placements. I like your shade of red that you have for Quess's Jagd Doga too  :D

The following link is taken from another person involved in gathering the questions.

Okay guys, please feel free to post your questions over at the official AFA08 site below. I'll be managing/sorting/selecting the questions along with the organisers, so please, contribute if you can! Thanks in advance.  :D

To grapefields: I'll appreciate if you are able to direct your questions to the site; makes it easier for the organisers to manage and credit you personally if your questions get answered.

Just thinking it'll be good to gather more questions to ask Kunio Okawara (Gundam's mechanical designer) during a local event. The organisers allowed me to conduct an email interview with him, and possibly an event interview as well.

Any kind of question will do; but of course, it must be logical and and relevant to his work. You can either pm me the questions or reply it over here. Questions that are picked for the email interview will be posted onto AFA08's site.

More details about the event below.

More details about Kunio Okawara below.

-P.S. Do tell me if it's okay for this to be here; if not, feel free to delete this thread.-

The shape of the head is looks really sweet! Though the 'horn' could be a little rounded off the edges  ^_^

Some neon colors would do the job.  :twitch:

Maybe a Hi-Nu Color scheme? Or metallic purple/pearl white contrast? Some ideas to keep it going...  :P

Nice modding ideas for painting!  :D A pity my MG Zaku F2 is in Kitbash hell now....

a friends post somme pictures of the kit of macross F from bandai at the shizuoka HS.

the kit is transformable and have an inner frame.
I hope they realase the zentraedi armor after the VF :)

The proportions look great, yet it's transformable?!  :twitch: Must buy for me, then.  :D

I like the clean color scheme, plus the decal placements on it. The mods were done beautifully, as always! Great job there, looks convincingly like Exia, but looks original in another sense as well.  ^_^

I'm currently in progress with this kit too! looks great, the custom decals look better in unicorn mode, since red would look a tad clashing and out of place in this mode.

I prefer Destroy Mode too, since I got myself the Novel beam miniguns.

Model Talk / Re: Playing with your models
« on: May 08, 2008, 12:33:28 PM »
I 'play' with it by using a kit that I wasn't particularly/fully satisfied with, and use it as parts for kitbashing for another kit. Taking account that I have 100+ kits that fit that category.....  :twitch:

Needless to say, most of them are in boxes, as I share my room with my brother. Lack of space, yeah?

Model Talk / Re: Model Wishlist (Something stupid for a change)
« on: May 08, 2008, 08:29:42 AM »
I would like MGs of the entire Gundam Sentinel series remade into 2.0, or cast out (Hummingbird, Mk V, etc) and the proportions of S gundam's shoulders and feet.

A ver 2.0 of MG Sazabi and Nu Gundam would be nice as well.

Model Gallery / Re: 1/100 LMHG EVA Unit 02
« on: May 07, 2008, 06:52:17 AM »
An EVA is roughly 40M in height, and the kit is roughly 20cm, so it's about 1/200 scale? Though the box doesn't state any scale for the kit.
