MS-06J Zaku from 08th Team HG RX-79(G) and Zaku set. OOB color Tamiya Acrylics, with snake chain and metal thruster upgrades. Decals from Samuel Decal. First time adding weathering and light battle damage.

First, I want to get a small complaint out of the way. The aftermarket cables look a little bit too firm and tight. Something that big would surely have enough weight to give them a little bit more sag--especially around the torso. The cables almost seem to short.

Other than that, this is a really good looking piece, and I thought it was a 1/100 at first. Seams are gone and the paint has been applied very flatly. The light weathering gives it a slightly used look, too.

Nice!

Thanks for the comment. Personally, I'm more bothered by the "sag" on the leg power cables. My experiences with power cables being the thicker it is, the stiffer it is.

I put a lot of work into this Zaku, and obsessed over the seamlines far too long. :P
