R-2 Powered (Real Personal Trooper Type-2 Powered)

Weapons: Magna Beam rifle, 2 Hi Zol Launchers, 2 shoulder shields. It also has a Chakram on its right arm, still on the works.

Beware of blast!

With its buddy, R-1.

Height comparison

GFF 1/144 RX-78-2, GX-45 Mazinger Z and RD Nirvash Type Zero spec2.

Flying poses

Took me 15mins to get R-2P hold on the stand. It is heavy and bulky.

Thank you for viewing!!! ;)

Hello! Here are my latest and first 1/144 model kits I had finished. Well, not Gundams, hehe! So first up:

R-1 Real Personal Trooper Type-1

Weapons: Boosted Rifle, Shield, 2 G-Revolvers, and 2 Cold-metal Knives.

Action poses!

T-Link Knuckle!!!

Change to R-Wing!!!

The OOB Koto R-1 kit has limited articulation, so by using balljoints, and modifiying the kit made it more likable IMHO. :-)

Hi everyone! I need some help to make me some 1/144 decals for SRWOG kits (Super Robot Wars OG). I can't find any that is selling custom decals for the kits. I already ask Samueldecals but he said they don't have any but he can help to print it if I have the designs. Hope somebody can help me design some.

Thank you!

Check out my video for my Deepstriker @ youtube!

That's insanely big. Very cool and I look forward to more!

Thank you Mr. Michael! :D

Next updates I did yesterday...

Leg part

I used an acrylic rod as the foundation of my extended thigh. After gluing the ends, I put some milliput and waited to dry for 2 hrs... Then filled with milliput.

I want to extend the knee part but I don't want to take the risk of cutting it because the joint on the upper part of the knee is so tight compared to the lower part joint. It might break into half when posed. So I'll leave it like that.

The back part below the knee is spring-loaded.

So when DGG kneel down, it'll move down for additional range of motion.

This is far it can go.

Light circuit w/ 2 LR44 button batteries. (not included)

Lights on!

Now for the whole body of the mech...

W/ his katana.

The size!!! ;D :o

Compared to 1/144 GFFMC Psycho Gundam

Underneath is the 1/144 GFF Shin Musha Gundam

Trying an action pose!

Here are the mods I will make:

V-fin mod
Faces mod
Chest mod
Shoulder armor extensions
Front skirts and side horns extensions
Knee horn articulation
Zankantou and Katana extensions

I think after I've done those, I will paint it. :)

Will show more progress soon! Thank you for viewing everyone!

Thanks guys! This thing is very huge! I saw a pic, he's even bigger than the 1/60 scale Gundams. I like how they made the joints. He's real tight! Got it for only $240+$15 shipping from BBTS. Other online and ebay ranges from $220 to $300+ shipping not included yet. Box is huge and heavy so shipping will be crazy outside US.

Well, for the mods, not much, will try to change some proportions because some parts do not look right to me like the V-fin, thighs, the torso part is kinda small, and the Zankantou sword is quite small when finished. Will extend the huge sword. I will also make it more articulated to pose like in the games of SRWOG. Will show and update when I start again tonight. :-)

Hi, long time no post. Finally, time to start my next model, Dygenguar!

Here's my progress for the custom Daizengar!!!

3 Boxes. Just like the Dendrobium.

I have small hand.

Not impressed for real...

Chrome parts.

95% of the joints are ratcheted! Only less than 15 polycaps were included.

Let's start...

Took me 30 mins building the shoulder armor, lots of parts! Crazy!

Head comparison w/ the Non-Scale Dygenguar. I like how they implemented the chrome part underneath the eyes part. We'll see how it will turn out later.

The lights circuit. For the General Blaster effect!

This circuit contains the voice of Kenichi Ono to be installed at the chest of Daizengar. Haven't heard the clips yet.

Now for the mods...

Will extend the thighs. I cut it w/ Tamiya Saw cutter.

I cut the belly too.

The Ball joint I will use, same as the one I used with my Deepstriker Custom.

Drilled a hole and glued the ball joint. Will apply milliput.

Main body

W/ the Non-scale DGGXAM1

Put a light in front of the eyes, it will glow.

After 8hrs...

Joints are so tight that I feel like it will break but it won't as long you will not force it like any toy. You know, handle with care.

Each skirt has 4 articulation! you can pose the legs forward w/o the front skirt blocking it.

Even no mods, the articulation is very nice!

Will update later! Thank you for viewing!

Really can't find any wording from my dictionary to relief my feeling to your kit...
simply amazing!!!

I like how U mod on the torso!!! The piston are just so feet the overall custom design!!!

Another master! Thanks a lot erix93! Thanks to you, I learned how to do the washing technique. Remember about the turpentine? Thanks it helps a lot, now im using it since I learned how to do it with my models.

@rechie: Hi, thank you! and welcome! :-)

@hemish: Thank you! Not including the laziness and slacking off, it took me probably 3-4 months to finish. It's the modifications and painting of this that took a while.

Oh my goodness! I never thought my DeepStriker Custom will win the Model of the Month of October. :D

Thank you very much to all!!! I really appreciate this. Congrats also to all the modelers who finished their models. I know how it feels like to finish a model. Again, thanks for the chance everyone! ;)

Thanks very much guys! ;)

Just trying to improve my modeling bit by bit. I guess for my next model, it is time to finish some dirty model. I already tried to paint my Star wars vehicles Millennium Falcon and X-Wing w/ drybrushing and pre-shading technique.

BTW, the model weights more than 5lbs, not including the base. :-)

Thanks for viewing!

Thanks everyone for the comments! Glad to hear your opinions and what you think about the DS custom. I can say this is the best so far from my works. I tried to finish it as clean as possible, but there are still uncleaned areas. I tried to paint the chest sensor w/ light green and it looks better than w/o the paint. I wanted to paint all the clear plastics for the LED but I already glued it and I don't want to mess it up.

Again, thanks for viewing! ;)

Thank you everyone!!! My pleasure and glad you guys liked it!

@fichtenfoo: Thank you sir! W/o this forum I cannot get any ideas to finish this model. As i saw from the other people's comments, it's all about the transluscent plastic in the chest. I guess you guys were right, it needs painting to have a look while the LED is off. I'll paint it tom, hehe! We'll see, plus i forgot some other part to put in the groin, haha! I think it fell off coz I forgot to glue it. Will post pic.

@anatole: Thank you for the kind words! I appreciate it! I just tried harder to change the looks and be unique in every aspect.

@markjenn: Haha! in english! Thanks man!

@aspexx: Thanks aspexx! ;)

Hi! Finally, I finished my latest work. MG Ex-S + G-System DeepStriker Conversion + Scratchbuilds and modifications.

Hope you enjoy the pics guys! ;)

MSA-0011-XXXX [Ext-Bst]
PLAN303E DeepStriker Perfect Custom
Ver. vic01

Cockpit opens up

Cannon Body

I-Field connected by strong magnets

My custom circuit for the chest. I used the green LED of the G-System, soldered to the wires connected at the back propellant. The upper propellant houses the batteries and the switch. I mod the propellant using a magnet so that I can open it and change the batteries if needed.

Lights on!

More pics!

Cruiser ship Mega Particle Cannon, 2x Rail Guns, 2x Incoms, 2x Beam sabers, I-Field Generator, and Beam Smart Gun

With my SOC Daimos and MG Wing Wing Zero ver. vic01

With my Ex-S Gundam

Building this is a challenge, mostly the chest. Painting is also a challenge, lots of masking, lots of touch-ups because of paint bleedings, and first time to paint metals w/c were a headache too. I am glad to finish another kit, and this time, it's massive! Building the stand using acrylics and a paper towel stand is fun too, never made one before. Thank you for viewing, and thanks for checking out my WIP, I hope you enjoyed the time! This won't be my last, hehe!

Thanks 5th Luna! I am impressed with your SDs, you're the best man!

My final updates...

Almost done w/ my DS Custom...

Almost done, I just need to fix and design the circuit for the chest and hide the batteries inside on one of the propellants at the back, paint a lot of small parts, boosters, the BFC, panel lining, future clear coat, decals, and the finale, topcoating.

Hope next week im set. Thanks for viewing this thread. ^_^

Are you going to paint it or leave it clear?

I will leave it clear, as is. Then will put decals on it.

Another small update...

This time, my first custom base, for the Deepstriker Custom :)

Materials... Went to Tap Plastics store and bought myself these. Damaged me for more than $20!

An expensive paper towel holder, acrylic tubes (hollow and solid) and disk.

4 clear plastic screws

Drilled the end of the solid tube and glued the G-System's acrylic bar to be connected at the bottom of Deepstriker.

Drilled the other end and the disk

Finished base!

I know this will hold my DS enough unlike the Functional base.
Of course, I'll put some details on it when I finish the kit.
