Hi ,happy new year to everybody .Okay I have a problem,Im try make building in ruins use styrene but dont like the finished and is expensive.I think use wood or other material,yours know someone good.THANKS TROOPS! LOL

I find using pink foam, like the stuff used to insulate a house, is good for building buildings. When sanded and scraped at with a knife, you can get some nice rocky, demolished looks. After a coating of water-downed white glue, and a base coat, dry brush it with some different shades of grey, you can get some niffty results.

What scale? You could always modify railroad buildings whic come in plastic.

I find if you are careful HO or 1/87 will pass for 1/100 as long as you don't give away the scale with other out of scale items too close to one another. I use all kinds os stuff -plastic card,wood,plaster,etc to build my dioramas.
