Nutcracker (Hasegawa 1/35)

Hi all! I decided for the first time here to lay his latest work. The work on the diorama was six months. I plan to write an article on creating a model. More photos can be seen here http://partyzany.blogspot.com/2012/08/nutcracker-maschinen-krieger-hasegawa.html

Looks real, love the materials and textures, and great details on every part. Are the chippings made with salt technique or painted after the yellow base color?

Sorry it's late reply. Chipped and damaged paint made with hair spray. Small damage to the paint brush painted with acrylic paints.
Article on creating and painting the model can be found in the Russian model "M-Hobby" magazine, the new number in №11 (139) 2012.
