Zentradi Pod Regult 1/72

Hello everybody

I'm posting pictures of the 1/72 scale Regult I built last year. It's an old kit so the fitting is not good at all neither the articulations of the kit, but is the only Regult available in 1/72 scale. I added an red LED for the eye and finished it with tamiya and gunze acrylics. Hope you like it...

I love the oldies, you did a great job with this kit. It's clean, and the LED is quite scary... kind of reminiscent of HAL! I would love to have this on my shelf. Actually I have a whack of these in 1/200 scale, so I might try my hand at them soon. Happy Smirk

I've been secretly viewing the Macross model building forums and just bought a Hasagawa 1/48 VF-1S. I promise I'll build all my Gundam mecha first before I touch the Valk

YESSS! Macross! Well done too. I love the look of this kit, and you did a great job.

The red led is pretty damn cool. Any scale ref? I always wondered how big those kits were.
Glad to hear you will be building more. Can't wait to get to my Macross. I only have a couple Macross kits but they are some of my favorite.

Don't be scared to mix in some Macross! I don't foresee a Gundam drought anytime soon. If nothing else I have a couple I'd like to start on soon and that may help take up the Gundam slack while you work on a Macross kit.
