One of my first non gundam mechs from Bandai, wanted to try out some of the weathering and dio products I purchased. The build was pretty easy, it has a nice solid feel and the whole thing comes together very well.
I used AK Interactive products, rust streaks, grime streaks, heavy weathering mud set and various oil paints for the fading and colour variations.
Anyways enough of the chat here are the pics

Very nice!  Weathering looks realistic and not overboard.  The only thing I think it's missing is some decals for markings but that's just me.  I love decals...

Coolness.  Cool
That AK stuff seems more and more like the way to go. Thoughts?

Great rust effect, but I think you dd go a bit overboard. Still it doesn't look that much out of place. How did you made the base?

Only thing - and this is a tiny thing - the way you have the diorama set up, makes it feel like the figure has no weight.  A suit that large, when standing still, is going to sink into the ground a little.  But other than that, looks great!
