RG Zaku 1 Custom conversion

Hey All,

I'm new to the forum, thanks for checking this out!

I started a Zaku 2 group build on Reddit's r/gunpla sub-reddit. Originally the finish date was October 31st, but due to some snags in receiving a shipment of poly putty and other obligations kept me from finishing on time.

Like always Plamo Uk paints were used to primer, paint and topcoat.

I went with a color scheme reminiscent of the Zaku 1 with the contrasting thighs, arms and feet. Although it's hard to see, there are two different colors of blue used on the legs, arms and feet. I purposely kept the modifications to the Zaku 1 toned down, personally I don't care for loading kits up with an arsenal's worth of guns.

Thanks!

They're water slides from the RG Char custom. Which is a bit of a shame, because most of the large icons are of Char's icon and unit designators.

Really liking this. The RG's are some nice kits, and this custom really looks like it came right out of a box, good work :)

Zaku 1 is my favorite design from Zaku serie. With the new frame design it's wonderful. Your schem is very original. Great job.
