Thanks man, yup 50mm macro.  My cheapest lens I own but it's so freakin sharp.  I think it was only $175.00 or so.

Haha, I'm a Nikon guy to the MAX.  Just upgraded to a D7000, I'll probably start video blogging. 

The parity between the two brands really is negligible, they both are great quality.

I only thought you were using Nikon because you said the 50mm was $175 when you should be able to find it for right around $100 in most places whereas the Nikon one is closer to the $175 mark. Sorry to derail the thread.

The paintjob on this Shenlong looks stellar! They're very vivid, and I'm glad you stuck to the original colour scheme (since it's pretty badass already).
