my miniatures WIP thread
Hi,
In the last couple of months I'm working mainly on my epic armageddon two new armies: Necrons and Imperial guard.
They take most of my hobby time so I can't do "actual" modelling too.
Anyways I would like to share some works with you here as well, I hope you like it.
And would love to hear your feedback.
First to show is the capitol imperialis. Which is a huge mobile command center which can caryy its own defense force.
And some details:

Wow that some nice fine painting there!
I like the heavy panel lining around all the detail, gives it a hyper-realistic look like its been cell shaded!

Agreed, the panel lining definitely pops! I really like that command center you built, the little details like the staircase look very good too. Is the mobile command center your own design, or is it based on an existing design?

Re: my miniatures WIP thread
Thank you very much !
The Command center is my own design, but I was inspired by a drawing I've seen of somebody else's :).

Love the build and all the details but I feel that the painting is a bit too rough and actually tones down the sharpness of the details. But that may be because the kit is just so tiny!

Re: my miniatures WIP thread
Hi,
Thanks!
I hear you, but miniatures were always very difficult to paint for me so I'm doing my best.
The painting may be a bit harsh, but I'm still learning to do it right :).
