Wow that looks awesome!

The overall weathering really turned out well.
I especially like the rusty tubes at the top, and the tattered chair :)

I like the Countryside picture! The contrast between the robot and the environment is intriguing!

It reminds me a novel by William Gibson.

Another fantastic build, i particularly love the well executed weathering, streaks, stains on this one.
Hope to get one chubu mech on my table one of this days.. but that is likely to be just a dream.

congrats on the completed kit Chief!

Best comp yet.   Cool
I really like the streaks too,but I like where you placed the chips they originate from a lot . They are in all the right high points etc. Well done.
I also really like the cockpit paint work. Although on this model I have some issues calling it that.  Happy Smirk
Looks amazing! . Makes me wanna go out and buy one to ride on the farm like a tractor  Big Grin

I have nothing to add but praise. The rust stains on the chrome parts are amazingly well done.

I really like your colour choice, the washed out looking yellow looks really good, and I like the rust, it seems just right rather than over done and everywhere. I think all your weathering on the chubu is spot on and is a perfect example of less is more.

Another stellar build for your portfolio! And as others have said, the farmhouse scene looks really great

That's such a weird design but man it's cool.  Great work again Foo and your wall papers are getting better each time.  I love the feel of the pic.

Michael -
I noticed you 1/12 scale etch of hand tools for this Chubu. I believe it said they were 0.010" thick. How did you thicken them for scale appearance?
Are these etches available? I need tools! Also, will you cast and sell the figures? How about just the heads?
