I still love it! It's becoming better and better.
Concerning constructive criticism, I'm not sure about the tail. Maybe it's just the picture or the position of the tail but it seems too much lower down.
I mean, it covers too much the legs in the back view in my opinion. Since, like Briegel, this is a "short-leg mech", I think if you find a way to shift the tail in upper position, could be cooler. I hope this makes sense to you :)

best
Luca

@ Hunter Rose - Cheers fella. the second arm is almost done too. hopefully you'll like that aswell.

@Luca - Thanks luca. Constructive critisism is always welcome and i think i know what you mean. the 'Ass plate' is articulated at 2 points so it can go higher. i'll take some more pictures and let me know what you think :)

Cheers as always peeps

Been a while since I've checked this ut. Agree with Luca's statement about the tail. Still not a fan of the head, but otherwise this is a quality build. Very clean! Looking forward to seeing what you do with the hips.

I think this is looking mega bad ass... Speaking of ass...  Wink   I have to agree about the plates on the butt.. Something about them doesn't jive for me.
( The whole thing looks great as you are going, just since you are in the process of building I figure this is the time to mention. )
Like maybe it isn't shields at all really but more like cargo or something? I just think the skirting seems a little long and sort of too much in terms of your armor shapes.
I know, I wish I could explain better, but for example, Luca's Briegel has a cool butt part without being all "skirty", you know?
I think this guy would look cool with a less is more theory on the tail.

I'm not so into the head either. I like it, just not so much on this guy. .. He would look cool if you did the cam head stuff, but added a skull cap, or a little more beefyness to it.
Like a kind of Sazabi 1 eyed, short-ish neck look.. Just my opinion. Like I said, I like everything how it is too. It's really looking cool.

Awesome work. Cheers man.

really amazing work, it looks like it's evolved out of the Happy 80's collections that pop up here at shows but BETTER!

This is just the kind of thing I'd like to be able to build! I'm only short on the ideas and talent parts...

The organic curves on the armor are great. If I were to 'bulk' up the head, I'd consider carrying those curves into some sort of helm type of apparatus.

I'm a little late to this party, but I tend to favor arms with manipulators holding guns. The gun does look pretty sweet though. Could use some curvy armor plating on it though  Wink

I really dig the way of constructing - obvious we both spent some time lurking at kallamity.
Hats of for this big beast of beauty - love the style!

Not been on for quite some time...Logged in at least....but this project is still ongoing :)

finally finished the right arm and decided to go for an asymetrical look and add some radar/tracking equipment and a missile pod. For those who like a more symetrical look, i've modified the large gun arm/shoulder so that it can be flipped and attached on either side Big Grin (as if one of those guns wasn't enough)

having some parts cast in the next few weeks so i can finally have a fully built and finished piece. Then i get to paint it!

once i have a fully built cast i will of course post plenty of pics and then be posting in Capitalism corner Big Grin

heres a couple of pics in the mean time.

Ooh, exciting!  I might have to get myself a kit of one of these (or ask for one for Christmas, or something)!  It looks gorgeous so far, I'm sure the final product won't disappoint!  Congrats on finishing that stage.
