Hello, I am from Australia and I understand plenty of people who visit these forums are not Americans so they will not have FFA and 409 however, im sure these can be found in your local supermarkets where ever you are in this world.

Ive been using these for a while but i thought id let everyone know about them now haha.

Future Floor Acrylic - FFA

Basically what you want to look for is something that protects/polishes floors. I ran into this "Original LONG LIFE - self shining floor polish" for cheap and it works like a charm. Shiny coat that protects your kits then a flat base to dull it down.

You can also use this to correct your panel line mistakes without messing your paint job just like FFA can.

Solution 409

A multi purpose cleaner/degreaser. This is easy, look for your spray and wipes and you will find youself plenty that is multi-purpose with degreasing features, not all have alcohol though, so you might want to look at the back to see what its composed of. The one I use doesnt not mention alcohol but most things in Australia dont but this still works.

Hope this helps.

I think Future is called Klear in NZ and AUS?
I use this site too. It helped me find what I needed. I might have even gotten the link here in the future section.

In Australia, Future is known as Pledge One Go. Comes in a white bottle and can be purchased from supermarkets and hardware stores.

Does anyone know offhand of FFA will harm my airbrush at all if I just spray it for my gloss coat?  I'm guessing it won't but I want to make sure.

Future will not harm your airbrush, I use it all the time in my badger and paasche airbrushes. Just make sure that you clean the airbrush before you spray your gloss clear coat.
