The whole thing is somehow bigger than I pictured. Now I need to find some appropriate 1/35 figures...

Also, the wax seal on the instructions was just an awesome touch. The wife wanted to make sure I passed along that she really likes steampunk asthetic. I think she was actually happier that she recognized "the steampunk asthetic".  Sarcasm

Yea it did. It was in the box by itself.

My co-worker here loved it so much that he had to order one for himself. Thankfully he got in on the order right before it is about to sell out.

Mine must have fallen out while unpacking.  No biggie I have a few that I got a while back.  I have a few modeling buddies in our club that had mentioned they wanted one also.

Do you have a second edition coming out Mike?

Hey! Glad you guys like it. Yeah, the LEDs were in the box by themselves with the wire rod... probably got tossed with the foam. Sorry! Or check in the box folds... could be hiding in there.

There is a 2nd Ed. coming up and I have 2-3 more open slots left. Should be sometime late December. Cool

Are any of you planning to start yours soon? I started mine today. I should make a GB forum for them!

I haven't started yet.  I want to do my MG V-Dash first and now that I am gainfully employed I only get 1-2 hours in if I am luck each night.  But I think the Fish Sub will be my next project since I kind know what I am going to do.

Fish ARRIVED TODAY!! Big Grin
Sorry, I had no time to make some shots, but I had absolutely to say "BUY IT!".
Not just the resin is perfectly casted, sculpure is original and flawless, PE parts are so cool, but also the concept is umbelievable.
I loved so much the idea to put instruction in a rolll closed by red wax.
Illustrations inside are a true piece of art itself.
When I opened the box the feeling wast to open a treasure chest.

Awesome! Glad that you like it AND that it arrived. I've heard bad things about shipping to Italy so I was concerned. Whew! Looking forward to your build!

The problem here is not "shipping" but customs. Anyway, again, great Job Michael!!

Ok, I received mine a couple of days ago and it is AWESOME !!!  Smiley Smiley Smiley
Everything is perfect and Michael added some touches of class here and there that add value to an already great and original model kit.

Great job man !!!  Wink

I only wish to have the time to build and paint it soon.

DON'T MISS OUT! I have about 20 non-reserved Fish Subs left over from the 3rd edition available. This will be the last of them for at least a year or so (gotta make room for the next release), so get them now so you don't have to wait later! Go to my site for ordering instructions. http://www.fichtenfoo.com/
