The USA store should have it soon. Send them an email and ask when it'll be in. You'll probably save on shipping.

Doh! Actually they may not even have it yet, hence the OOS tag. Send them an email like I said to be certain.

Will do.  Do you know how heavy the kit is Mike?  I am dieing to try to levitate something.  I was thinking of this kit or the Markov Racer.  Though I might have to build something from scratch to support the weight.

It's not exactly light. I think it and the Markov have similar weight... tank may be slightly heavier. Take one of the largest briegel chunks you have... it's probably about that heavy if not slightly more.

Oh hey! It looks like the UK Magazine "MAX Modeller" has reviewed the Martian Hovertank kit.

Here's a bleached out scan of the review

9 out of 10. Go figure.  LOL

I actually found the magazine at my local HobbyTown. It's a bit pricey, but I like the way they handle kit reviews. The Martian Hovertank review appears in issue 5.

The fact that Mike's name is never mentionned pisses me off to no end...
Why would you not name the sculptor?

Probably because MIG "bought" the kit and rights to it from Mike. At that point they don't have to mention who actually sculpted it. Yea, it sucks, but it's pretty common.

Thanks for posting that Brent! I'll put this on the main site and credit you for the scan if you don't mind.

My name is on the box at least. LOL Nice to see it get a good review though. Looking forward to see what people think of the next release. Wink

it says "modeled by fitchenfoo" on the box photo right by the rear of the cannon. It's spelled wrong I notice so I just emailed MP about that.

The July issue of Fine Scale Modeler Magazine has a reveiw of the Hovertank also.

Here is the like to the online review.

I'm not a subsciber yet, but I'm sure I've already bought that issue. I'll see if I can scan it for you.
