G-System has just announced that it will be continuing the 1/60 scale 0083 line with the RX-78-GP04G Gerbera!

Looks ok so far, can't wait to see the full kit.

It is looking good.  I am going to pass on this one though.  I like the AGX-04 "GERBERA-TETRA" better.  Man they are putting kits out fast and very nice ones at that.  It seems like the colored resin might become the norm.  Makes sense,  for those modelers who don't want to paint or who don't have the skills yet.

So I saw this kit in person today at G-System's shop and it is amazing. They won't have it in the store until March 5th sadly, but man I am glad I pre-ordered this thing. It is really nice.

That looks to be the same one they have in the store, and it is the colored resin just finished up real nice. I have to admit, it looks REALLY good for not being painted. Just decals, some touch up, panel lines, and a flat coat.

I know,  I am thinking I might just use the colored resin for the AGX04 and detail the frame.  The casting is good enough to do that.  I bet they are going sell a lot more kits now that they are using colored resin.  And the metal parts and PE parts they are including make it even more appealing to a larger audience.

Yea, but I do have to say the painted Tetra looks so amazing. They have the 2 standing next to each other in the display case, and even though the unpainted colored version looks good, the painted version is just amazing.
