Chaos Gun is on the way, soon will be finished, but I'll have to sculpt a lot before the final touches...
You know, that just the way when you make Chaotic Sick Things :-P
But in excuse for myself, It's hard to wait till the finish of the chaos gun, I want to continue this project :)

Hi Guys!

A little improvement on the "Armoured Crane Tiger (P)" This will hold the prepacked/exempted main gun.
Made a scratch turret witch will hold the "A" frame crane. The cranes axle will be in the tube at the front, and at the and of the turret there will be a huge winch with a holder and counter-balance. The turret will be opened with lots of instruments and tools, boxes, etc... At the front and at the back of the hull will be 4 stanchion, the support the crane when lifting...

The wheel and the sides of the cables drum came from an old Sd.Kfz. 151 kit...

Had a little time for modelling, it's really hard, have to work a lot :S
Btw, almost finished the to dozer blade. The front one 's been inspired by the MDK2 Digger Vehicle (T54 based military land mover) the back one is the same as on the bergepanther, just cut to part down, it disturbed the cranes frame when it's lowered..

HI All!

In the last times, I had no time for modelling, even for the forums to read or reply... But yesterday We had a great club day*:)
*From yesterday 1200, till 10 in the morning today :-p
And my model improved a lot, Now I can see how the crane will work :)
I've changed the rear holder for the cranes frame, and added a few details on it, and on the back of the hull.
Only have to change this temporary ropes, and add a few details like a few more winch (at the hook**)(**still have to make an other hook, that came from the Italeri Bergapanther kit)...
So, there's a lot of work to do not just on the crane, but on the turret interior (everything is missing still from the inside, just two winch has been placed with a few cogs...) all the welding on the hull and turret, and even on the dozer blades, etc etc etc...

Hi All!

Worked a little bit, made the fenders, added a little mesh at the back, put the tracks on, and made a front plate with an outlook window. And made two different exhausts, and two joint for the cables on the crane, but it has to be made in a little bit more nice way... it isn't looks fine for me...
At the moment, i cannot decide which front arrangement will look fine on the front:

Why did you have a read dozer blade if you can't tow anything with your cables set up? 
I think you need a rear winch

Usually front blade is used for light earth moving works, it's primary function is to hold the vehicle while towing from front and stabilize it when using the top crane.
Your front blade can't stabilize the vehicle using the crane: it lacks pistons that hold the blade firmly on the ground.

The pivoting turret with A-crane it's a bit strange to me considering all is hold by the Tiger turret ring but it is soo cool! ^^

But, above all, congratulation! You have outstanding abilities with plasticard

Yeah, I think about a towing cable too, but at the moment, I don't know where to put that 
An of course, I'll add two hydraulics to the front blade, just like on the vehicle called MDK2 (trencher vehicle based on the russian T54 chassis), and want to make the blade more massive and add teeth:

So, I think that will give enough look that the system can hold the crane while lifting.

The idea of turret blended with the "A" frame crane comes from the CEV (Combat Engineering Vehicle) M728:
