Only 6 completed entries (7 if you include me). Vote for the build you think turned out best in the spirit of the competition.

So now we remember who you are... ;)

I'm kidding, congratulations I really think you deserved it. You demonstrated new and interesting subject matter and attempted (and succeeded) using new techniques. If you get nothing else The experience and a really cute kit are the best reward.

"No, I'm from Iowa. I only work in outer space."

Now you have the satisfaction of completing a great looking kit in a short amount of time and the glory-prize of getting the most votes for your effort. Congrats!

Congrats to everyone that accepted and completed the challenge. Nice work!

Not sure... were were discussing the "old-fashioned sci-fi" type group build. Steampunk, dark ages, and the like. Although we could try something relatively unseen on this board save for Filmy and Red Comet and have a "Creature Feature" build-off. Monsters, mutants, dinos, etc... Something like that could get expand our horizons.

A 'Creature' build off would be great. I've got the perfect kit coming in the mail right now.....

Yeah, it'd give me a reason to build my Ninja Turtle... not that I NEED a reason as I really am looking forward to it... it's just jump-start it for me.

I've fallen into the world of GKs hard. How about a "Garage Kit Mayhem" build? I need a reason to test and try out some new techniques and materials I've been gathering. I don't have any creature kits really unless vampires count.

Congrats to Tidalwave and everyone who actually finished. My project is still only half finished. :(

Congrats to the winners, the amount of work U guys put into the GB are just outstanding.  ^_^ Yea, creature GB is a great idea, to freshen up our minds  :sarcasm: So, if the creature GB is realized, will it be SB or OOB figure?  ???

Please see this as positive criticism.

I don't get it? What is this competition style building shizzle all about?

I thought modelling was a way to relax and taking time to create something the best you can. Where does it go when even modelling becomes a race against the clock?

Think it over and Chill out you dudes!

Peace, Jeroen
