Hi everyone! Here's (yet another) WIP from me! Banpresto's line of "Gundam Vs Gundam" Desktop head displays. They're great, and I highly recommend it if you can get hold of some :)

Great work so far. The reshaping has really improved this kit, more slim appearance. Thanks for the tic-tac trick!

Teeny weeny update... nothing much, mostly cleaning up the uneven molding, sink holes etc. and adding some simple details. Nothing as major as erix work :)

I have enjoyed this build up. You add the right details in the right areas (on all your kits). I think the extra camera light will be a nice improvement to the sensors.

Any plans to build a neck/cowl base for this?

Better yet build a whole body lol. This is looking really great. I love that you replaced the crest camera even when they had a fairly detailed one in place. You have a great attention to detail, and don't overdo it. And BTW, couldn't you get something clear and paint it whatever you wanted? That shade of green for the camera seems so limey.

Thanks guys, for the kind comments. i do have plans to build the torso and the cockpit, but i have a tendency of biting off more than i can chew when it comes to modelling. Wouldn't want to end up withyet another abandoned project. So this time round I'll focus on completing the actual head first(fully paint, decal etc), before i start any work on the torso.

dr. dazzle - yeah i agree with you on the colour of the tic tac case. I'll probably end up replacing it eventually with some clear plastic material and paint it clear green. The tic tac case is great for test fitting purposes, so that you can have a nice idea how everything would look like without having to paint anything. Its a bit soft and rubbery, so you can't really sand it or polish it either.

Some small updates! Its almost done now... currently working on the rear camera, and also blocking out the lights from leaking all over the place.

Wow another new mod Gundam Head, but can I ask what happen to your other mods like the meteor unit? I was looking forward to that kit to be finished. Well anyway thanks for the tip about the torso joint I asked you before, keep up the great works, I hope I can finish my mods in my kit so I can post it here too.

thanks louis. I have a habit of getting burned out if the project drags too long. I've been working on the meteor on and off, in short bursts over the past few years. I'll try to resume work on it sometime later this year hopefully. But only after i finish this, the vf-25, and also the zaku. ^_^

Been busy over the past few weeks and hardly had time to work on this. Here's a small, hopefully last update before I start wiring up the LEDS and painting this.
