sweet, then I'm going for Newtype / High mobility type conversion :) Well... It's nothing big, most likely just changing the backpack... I've finished designing the pack, and what made me realize is it seems kinda like SEED with the packs and stuff... but then again, Hazel has been having a lot of conversions :D
urrent projects: Guncannon Mass Production Type, GM BLitz

Soon to Start: Burnig Team of Torrington Base.

I posted this elsewhere: I love it. Sure it's got big crap hanging off of it, but that's the charm. Being a modeler, I'd kill for an MG of this as it would lend itself to some slick finished works. Sure it'd take up a lot of shelf-space, but that'd be worth it. Even an HGUC would rock considering the size and the quality of the HGUC Hazel. Reminds me also of the Neue Ziel.

I really want a kit of this.

Finally gotta see the MS form of fiver, looks really good.

That monoeye in the front pod looks a little like Humbarbi too!

As ninjascience pointed out on the TTT Arc, it reads "RX-272" above that gaplant-esque Mobile Suit.  The only RX-242 that exists was from "Project Z", some Model Graphiix series of some sort.   http://www.mahq.net/mecha/gundam/projectz/rx-272.htm

I doubt it'd be the TR-6 though, since I have yet to see a TR unit give birth to another TR.

Well if you look further up and left you can see that it's still marked TR-5 above that RX indication -- so that's a closeup of the Fiver's modified Gaplant core with the 'wings / binders' removed for visibility I'd wager. It has the same mono-eye jock-strap that the full view has as well ;)

The MS in the bottom left corner is not the Gaplant sans-Fiver equipment.  It's the RX-272 Gundam Mk. III
theories from TTTArc and 4chan along with the original RX-272 lineart (see below) point to the Fiver being a bridge in the design evolution from the Gaplant to the RX-272.

Yeah I do have that book, and the fiver head design when I first saw it did remind me of something, but I wasn't sure what at the time.  Now that you pointed it out I totally see it.

But to be honest, I think the RX-272 is pretty damn ugly.

Ah yes .. I see now -- sorry -- was late when I was posting and somehow I thought the two in the original pic were in fact the same suit --- shame on me :).

Well -- unfortunately as most of the AoZ material goes, the supposed predecessor looks meaner and better than what it supposedly inspired. The Fiver is a beauty -- and one can dream that some enterprising garage kitter will come up with a conversion for the 1/144 HG Gaplant. I would but its WELL beyond my ability ;)

new details on the Fiver.  Launching Hands ( a la Stutzers), a mini-missile launcher version of the Shield Booster, and more details about how the Fiver is armed.

I really like the missile system they put over the existing shield... that'd be a neat scratchbuild.

Theres already some discussion about that at the TTT Arc if you want to figure more out about it.  http://s7.invisionfree.com/Titans_Test_Team/index.php?showtopic=696

This Rosette is becoming less and less like the Marasai everyone thought it was.  I suppose it makes sense since at this point in the war, the Marasai is already produced.  To continue to test something thats already developed would be a waste of time.  Still, the Rosette is a great testbed MS, as its got a very solid design and construction.  Probably why they're still using it even after the testing was done with the Dandelion.
