hi guys!im getting that Ma.k madness!!hehehe..this is my first attempt to make one thats why i also called it experiemental, inspired by the movie 'abyss'. this work in progress is due to the influence of kinzaa one of buddy in mechapinoy, which really is a good outlet! ..like him i am also suffering from burn out on a particular project which is so monotonous for the rest of the week. This exercise is really challenging and exciting at the same time, very cheap in terms of resources but really unique in output.

- i also wanted to do Mak machines, just like kinzaa said its really pricy and kinda rare in the philippines, i once hunt this when i was in hk but unfortunately failed on searching. i'm really fond of doing vehicles in bubble type cockpit which leads me to this simple build.i hope it falls under the category of Mak., to James...cheers bro!

My ingredients :

Ma.K : 1/35 Deep Sea Voyager (Experiemental )

- High endurance under arm , medium size(empty)
- Rexona / axe mini stick , mini (empty)
- Bubble type canister from Gashapons ( given to me by a friend)
- Lots of wood/aqua putty
- tamiya basic putty
- keroro arms
- styreen/high impact sheets (later on for post detailing)
and a lot of patience

Basic build : (pre primed)

Wow, really nice! Great job at rendering the Mak look!
I'd expect a propeller on something like that but eh, it's the future Big Grin

Very nice!
I don't know why you say it is Ma.K: it has his own mechadesign, in my opinion
I made some attempts with gashapon balls but I never find the way to make them crystal clear.

What about an underwater little dio?

Example 1
Example 2

Bye ^^

Nice!
I really like what you've onde so far.
In 1/35 there are lots of marines accessories you can buy, as there are a couple of new models out there os marine subject.
You can get some to detail the diorama. I can find the links if you're interested.
Great work so far,

Thanks for the compliment sir, i might go for the dark pale blue + medium grey with rusted edges..a slightly dirty and textured  look due to heavy salinity of salt water..sort of.. Big Grin

Wow it keeps getting better and better..

Here is the company I've talked about. It is designed for WWII accessories for the new 1:35 torpedo boats, but I think that many of them should work very well with the retro feel of MaK.

In any case, I hope it can give some ideas,

http://www.umodels.fr.fm/

Ok, looking in the site, I think I meant for another company?
There seems to be too few items than I remembered. I'll try again. Anyway, here is some more:

Continuing my conversation with myself:

It is umodels.

Here is the link I talked about:

A very inspiring kit. I love it when people make something so wonderful out of everyday 'trash' This is the exact reason why I save anything that I can see even the smallest remote chance of using.

Very inspiration, and very professional, I really can't wait to see it cleaned up and painted.
