Brilliant, I just might have to get this conversion, I do love pimped out GMs Big Grin.  I especially like the backpack and lens, looks great.  When it's released as a kit, which of the weapons you showed will it come with?

To me it's top-heavy, but a little boxy mod to the knee would fix that. I like it! Feels like it's the missing link between the GM and Jegan.

that's right. That's why the federation come up with the enchance version later - GM Sniper II where the legs are more box with the additional thrusters.

This is really an excellent conversion kit....can't wait to get one...no...two!!!  Big Grin

Maybe additional detail on the legs will make it more brute-like....

I really like it, but I'm sad you didn't use its "traditional weapon".  The ORE-GUN weapons are neat, but I miss the 3 barreled Gatling w/grenade rifle.  Also, if I recall, the shoulder armor wasn't identical.  One side had the longer armor while the other just had the thruster there.  Who knows, the GM Spartan was never really "official" in its design.  I've seen so many different takes on it.

As I said, I bought two, eheheheh, I already got the conversion kits. As I open the box, it includes 3 runners and a manual, but no metal thrusters...sad....

Although I have not assembled the conversion kit yet, I was not able to sleep thinking on the "how to's" on building that kit from my existing Type C... We actually need the whole arm and hands (excluding shoulder armor, but not the part that attaches it to the body), the internal torso parts, including the "collar", butt armor plates, pelvis, thighs and knees, and upper part of the feet.

I will also convert a GM Rifle to the 3-barrel Gatling gun, But among the scrap bin, I was able to find the 1/35 M163 5-barrel Vulcan gun...

The beautiful work above should serve as our main reference....

Ako said you can't because of the visor, but why couldn't you use all the other parts? I mean, for the most part, they kits are the same, excluding the feet, lower legs (which are replaced by this conversion), and head.

I say go for it....

Liberally, Gundam Version Ka can be used... You just have to make use of a scratchbuilt clear visor/lens and a scratchbuilt visor area, and modify the polycap mount to lock the polycap into place.

With respect to the butt plate area, either you retain the two "boxes" of the Gundam Ver. Ka. or fill the area with plastic sheet to retain the "GM-look".
