Love the new head, especially the "chin".
Definitely has an Advanced Hazel feel to it.

Amazing work, especially for a piece that has to be like 3/4 of an inch long at most!

The first thing that hit me after looking at it was 'Armored Core'  the head looks between Mk V and a random armored core design.

The school I am working at is actually more busy during the summer.  I am crawling toward the finish of construction.  Basically build a larger waist armor to make the proportion look right with the added height.  I had to build extensions onto the waist to hide the polycaps.

With that, most of the construction is finished.  Here is an overall shot.

Oh man it's beautiful.  All the added bulk and detail make this Gaplant extra badass!

I know it would have been good, but not so good!
One of the best build and modifications in this kind of subjects in my opinion!

I hope gtetra doesn't mind, but for those of you that remember this project, he's been working on it again. The Gaplant is now painted so hopefully it'll be done in the next month or so. Here is a blog post on Gamerabaenre's website with progress pictures of gtetra's Gaplant:
