Thank your for opening the thread Actually Luca sent the package last week. I am waiting it. I have two option for the painting schem : desert schem or Viet Nahm like schem. As the rest of this crazy band, I think I will try to put this kit on a diorama.

As you have said, this is really a crazy band to make a build off of the Briegel!!! However I can't wait to see your development too! z

Hello my friengels ! I recieved the package today. When I holded the box into my hands I was suprised by its weight and size. Quite big for a resine. Then I open it an descovered the booklet with many instructions and a little decals sheet. It's definatly huge much more than the pics shows. The casting is fantastic, there almost nothing to do but to remove the casting "sprues". Thank you Luca

Well I did nothing on the kit this week. I only think about the dio and buy a little budha statue for it. Here the first pics I took when I recieved the package. You can see I boilled a part as it was warped. It works very well. I also washed everything as the parts were very greasy. Now almost all of them are clean ready to be assembled. I can't imagine what you are planning to do! Nico, good job! Looking forward to see more progress. It seems there's some problems with that part, now I know, I'll be more careful in the future.... Thanks for saying me that z

I had to heat that up as well... no biggie though... I had to heat the upper cockpit hatch as well to make it fit properly. But stuff like that is a simple fix and nothing "horribly wrong" on your part. Just a hazard of resin.

I like the idea of the statue! Are you planning something like a dio taking place in South Asia, near some kind of Buddhist temple in ruin with a statue inside? Please tell me you're doing something about that gaudy purple... How tall is it, by the way?

Tu chauffes Eze Yes I'am planning to place my briegel in a south asian environment like Anghkor. I want to sculpt roots on the statue. The statue is about 25 cm tall.

This coat is very good. I can't imagine the time taken doing this with a paint brush. Now the dry bush process is beginning. Yesterday night I started building the kit itself. I started with the legs. Next time I'll use my dremel I had fiting problem that I will have to fix later. here the pics. Luca I see parts 11 and 13 but I think they can't be place together on the kit ? BYOB - Briegel - nico BYOB - Briegel - nico

Luca I see parts 11 and 13 but I think they can't be place together on the kit ? That is correct - you must choose one or the other (short or long), depending on how you want the legs to be posed.

Sorry for late reply, thanks Filmy. Yes, this makes you free to choose the leg position. To make Briegel streight on his feet, you have to build legs with 11 part.. z
