Google it.
However, I'm fairly sure than Rainbow10 offers subscriptions of Dengeki Hobby, along with Hobby Japan and others.
EDIT:
Found the page.

Actually, amazon use to have Hobby Japan - and they don't have it anymore. You can get subscriptions through
www.fujisan.com
though...

I've used HoA for a six-month DHM subscription before. There's probably a couple things you should know about their subscription servie before you use them:
They get their magazines in large shipments, every couple of months. As a result, you may get the February and March issue--shipped together--of a particular magazine sometime around mid-April.
Don't bother emailing them--I've never received a reply. Their phone number (listed on their website), however,
does
work.
I've probably ordered from them nearly a dozen times over the last two or three years and never had a problem. With
that
being said, for the very last issue of my DHM subscription, they sent me three identical copies of the same issue. Not only that, but they also enclosed the USPS shipping labels to two other folks, who I also assume had subscriptions. Since I figured two people were being shorted their magazines, I attempted to email HoA about it and never received a reply. So... I kept the magazines. I'm not sure if those other two ever got theirs or not.
Since that time, I have ordered from HoA again--and will continue to do so--as my experiences have been positive overall, now that I understand how their magazine subscription shipping policies work.

Anyone know how often mags like Hobby Japan and Dengeki Hobby have those special limited edition kits bundled in with the mag? Trying to decide if I should get a sub or just buy the single issues whenever they have the kits like the recent XN Raiser.

They used to have pack-ins about every other month or so. It wasn't always something "cool" like a kit or kit add-on, though.
... Not sure how things go now, but you can try browsing past issues on HLJ to get some idea of what their recent pack-in history has been.
