Awesome site. I've pointed many others to it for your tutorials. I just joined the forum because this seems like the place to get advice on Gundam Building (at least in English) there are so many talented people here.

Hey guys,
I am another new guy who discovered this forum after building (rather poorly) his first Gundam kit. I hadn't much interest in Gundam until I started working for a new company here in Japan called HLJ. But after seeing boxes of cool looking Gundam kits I thought I would give one a try. I chose the MG Shin Musha Gundam as my first kit and loved it (although I changed the design some what to look more like yoroi than mech armour). I had such a good time that I immediately bought the MG MS06R Zaku II ver 2.0 and took more time to make that kit. Applying decals, panel lines, and gundam markers before final assembly.
Now, after seeing so many good kits here and in magazines such as Hobby Japan and Dengeki Hobby, I want to start scratchbuilding and custom painting!
I have already learned a lot just by reading through the forums here and I look forward to participating.

Welcome. Kit looks okay, but hard to tell with the blurry pic. Post some good ones in the gallery!

Welcome anyway!

It's new to me, anyway. Compared to my old job.

Hi everybody !
First post here.
I've lurked around for some time now, and I've seen lots of great models. Now it's time to start writing a bit.
I'm a member of the staff of the Italian NKGC forum. I help them with gadgets and medals.
I know that some friends of mine from NKGC write here.
I love to scratch build models more than I love to paint them.
In fact my first model, made in 1998, is a 100% scratch built Boss Robot from Mazinger Z.
I love sci-fi and fantasy illustrations.
I was a videogame programmers (see some my videogames on my web site).
Take a look at
my web site
to see some of my old models. Sorry: it's a long time I don't update it.
Hope my English language is good enough!

So like, I've been totally missing from the fandom, again. >.>
Probably won't post anything finished. I don't think I've finished any models in a bout a year + now
So much going on in my life, and I was making good progress on a NG Seed kit of all things. So maybe that has hope of getting finished, but it's nowhere near as awesome as the stuff you guys post anyway.
I just wanna go somewhere to check out all the new work you guys finish, and maybe post something rarely :p
Also, I lost a good 90% of my model kit collection, so I'm still trying to rebound from that. X.X (And I only just bought that Hydra Gundam too
)

Just saying a Friendly hello.
My good friend Linc pointed me to this site a long time ago and I have long been a lurker.. but have recently been inclined to become part of the community here.

Hello everybody!
I have been visiting this forum since (nearly) 2 years ago when I found out what a gundam kit was (hardly seen in my country) and I really wanted to know how to buy one and build it in a decent way. Many time has passed and I've been building and painting more models using the huge amount of information posted in this forums. I have also discovered other wonderful types of kits although I usually am more attracted by the sci-fi theme.
Lastly, I have been more comfortable with the results of my models and the photos I can take of them that I have decided to show them here. Hope you like them or at least I can improve and correct my mistakes. I have put some of the photographs of my models in a web page,
http://sites.google.com/site/plamonation/gallery
, where you can see my works.

Hi, just figured it was time for me to stop lurking and say hi. I hope that I can eventually reach the very high level of skill I've seen from everyone on this site.
