I've used one alot for my qubeley (goodness knows when i'll get back to it) but I think it does an extremely rough job. I had to do lotsa sanding with a needle file. Just look at lines on this

I had an ac to dc adaptor which had an adjustable voltage and I could vary the speed abit. Think if you intend to remove seams and flash.. its no point. But for heavy duty hole making and reshaping, I think its pretty decent. You need to practise alot before you're able to control it. Also, I think you might have to get different tips and bits instead of the one provided.
