It´s been around for some time, but it´s really really helpfull.Though some products like the pearl dust, aren´t easy to buy in Europe... Sad
I would like to see some people like FichtenFoo for example doing some videos...That would definitely rock.

Yeah... I'm not doing videos. Too much hassle and work. I'd be more inclined to do a book.

Seriously, I don't think more videos are needed, gamera already covered most of what needs to be covered.  The rest you can learn from reading other people's in-progress and learn from the pictures.  And nothing beats trying it out on your own.

I think I should have worded my statement a little better.  Since the ones you posted are already made and available, I do think it's an excellent source of information.  I was just saying that no more needs to be made on general modeling topics, unless the modeler really wants to to cover some very specific area in the video format that's all.

Thanks for the links.  :)

Anyhow, for those interested, i was able to find other videos uploaded by another guy and consolidated it here.

I found another set of videos online. Some guy in sydney did a large number of videos for Testors called the Testors Scale Workshop. While not gundam, they do have a lot of good information.

I just watched the video about the VF-0S and I have a couple questions about it.

After applying an enamel wash, he used a q tip to remove the excess (when it was dry I can only assume). He then used a polishing compound I think, any idea what it was?

He used 2 more compounds when working on the canopy for it as well. Any Idea on what those are.

Also, I believe that those were fishing weights added to the nose in the first part.
