Time for some Kampfer "Brain Farts" here. In this thread we can put ideas for Kampfer mods that we ourselves will not be doing, but wouldn't want to see go to waste.

Only post an idea here if you're fine with someone else doing it. This isn't a thread for your entry ideas, but random ideas that you don't mind sharing with others that may be interested.

Okay, here's an idea for a KRAZY Kustom Kampfer. Go totally retro... Make the Kampfer "Stone Age" by making it have rock armor. Kinda like "The Thing" from the Fantastic Four or better yet like a Colossus from the PS2 Game Shadows of the Colossus. (Awesome BTW) Glyphs, shone axe/club, maybe the grass and trees too growing on it. Cool

Kaempfer engineer type, fitted with mine-laying equipment, crane, possibly even a bridge laying setup! The true Anti-Kaempfer if ever I heard it!

I was thinking of a Kampfer that employs technology from the Alex. Such as, Choroboram Armor, and hidden arm gattlings!  Tongue

I had thought about doing a construction based mobile suit of some sort. I thought it would be really awesome, have a dio of a gundam building a bridge etc.

Cover it in a thin layer of Celluclay and just wait for the clay to shrink and crack as it dries.  LOL
Actually, that might work.  :?

The bridgelayer Kaempfer would be pretty awesome - combine a Kaempfer with the bridgelayer parts from some Vietnam era bridgelayer. It would be pretty swish!

Or do a variation on the Zaku Tank - do a Kampfer Tank, with bridge laying equipment...

Been woking on mine for many hours this week end and I can't get it out of my brain to sleep... and I still haven't fingured how to even equip it with weapons. How bout the lauchers mounted together and replacing the forarm, the elbow connecting at where the little bracket holds them could look nice. Or maybe widen the forarm armor and mount the shotguns to replace the hand.

I kinda wana speak against a production model "Engineer Kampfer". The Kampfer is a FAST atack MS. In, out; Bing bang boom. But if it was damaged and rebuilt as an engineer it'd be believable (long conflict, supply shortage and what not)

The Kampfer Van.

A hybrid combination of a VW Camper van and a Kampfer! kinda like a gun tank but a bit more hippy :)

Or, go totally Voltron on it.  Make each limb, the trunk, and the head independent with either wheels, tank treads, or wings.  Then combine to form Super Kampfer .  And be sure to Giant-robo it up with bright colors, and retro tail fins where ever you can find room for them.  :nerd:

Well actually my plan was to make the Kampfer Super Robot styled.  Namely taking cues  from Getter, Shin Getter, and Mazinger.  (Perhaps a bit Reydeen/Radien(?) and GGG as well), but now I feel like I've lost my oomph on it.  I'll probably still do it, unless I go to my fall back plan.

I was even going to give it a drill punch too!

How's about making an organic Kampfer, so that it looks like it's made of flesh and more like an animal, such as dragon? I've built weird stuff like that in ceramics before.

To be perfectly honest, I don't like any of the ideas in this thread.  They are too far-fetched and wierd...I'm glad none of you are going to actually make them! LOL

A Kampfer like a race car anyone?    Tongue

I actually have an extra kampfer sitting here, that I am honestly thinking of turning into a construction/labor/builder version. I think it would be really cool.
