I have been forced to rethink how I'm going to do the gatling pack. The ammo drums I have made are A) too large, and B) Too high up on the Mobile suit's back. I may drop it.

I may have pictures up after xmas.

Completely stripped off the paint today, and repainted it using Alclad Steel, with blue and green as the base colors. I reworked the mods, added an AC gun, the gundam hammer, a pair of fuel tanks, but the most noticable bit of the suit is still the giant honking swords strapped to his back.

Suit is Renamed to MS-118BS

Pics up tomorrow, it's nearing 11 here and I got work at 6 AM (joy...T_T)

I still need to get my decals done for him, but that's a non issue now basically.

Well...I woke up to a wonderful surprise this morning. Apparently, my sister somehow managed to knock my kampfer from the table where I take pictures onto the tile floor. due to the weakened joints from the simple green bath, BOOM! In total, I lost both arms, a fuel tank, both legs, both hands, and the head, as far as joints go. I get to glue the whole thing back together!!! T____T ugh...

(now that it's over I can reply to all the winners... wanted to avoid that before judging)

Congrats on the 3rd B. Personally I think you have room for improvement. The thing that stood out the most was the un-dealt-with seams. A contest is a good excuse to really push yourself to work on some of those aspects of the craft. The paint looks smooth in some pics, but bumpy in others... this is likely due to the metallic flecks playing tricks on the camera. Not too bad though and every kit gives you practice and experience to do better next time.
