I have not built a model in a while and I cannot remember what some of the symbols ( in the legend of the manual0 mean. can you point me in the right direction?

Heh...What brand are you talking about?
If Bandai, just try, it's supposed to be doable for kids so it should be pretty much self explanitory. If you really can't figure it out, a scan might help if you want some advice.

its bandai. I am talking about those symbols that give special directions in certain situations like the "x2" in a black box but not as obvious

Looks about right there.  The "spin until dizzy" one is often the trickiest part when buliding, don't forget the stick!  LOL

I'm reasonably certain the one with the clippers actually translates to "Cut the red wire or the blue wire."

Haha, cmon guys, don't be too mean.. although I must admit thats pretty funny, brightened up my day.

I figured it was a joke so I just went along with it. It turns out that I dont need additional instructions. I find that I can put them together easily without them. I was just scanning the manual before assembly  and I forgot not to worry about them.
