New Mega Size 1/48 kit - Char's Zaku II
http://www.mpsnet.co.jp/hobbynet/productone.aspx?pno=87880

YES!!! OK, I'm putting in an order for that 1/48 Zaku with my friend at Gundam Planet in the morning!!! I'm pretty happy with the 1/48 Gundam. Wish it had more weapons and or more posable, but the selling point is the size. I do hope Bandai make accessory parts for them. That could be really cool!

Hey guys,

This thread hasn't been updated for ages, so I thought I'll just add something I found quite surprising.

http://www.gundammodelkits.com/50th-all-japan-plamodel-hobby-show-master-grade-gundam-model-kits.html

Scroll down to the bottom, and you'll see the rest of the Wing series Gundams appearing to be announced simultaneously.

Except for D-scythe Hell, which I think we can reasonably assume to be next in the MG Wing lineup, the others seem to be stand-ins using the 1/100 scale HG kits. The Heavyarms stand-in is clearly just the 1/100 HG kit of H-Arms Custom painted up in the TV colors. Still, can we take this to be a legitimate announcement?

Fingers crossed now that they'll put out a Heavyarms kit that uses the TV version's Gatling gun setup rather than that of the OVA's or that old B-Club ver. Ka conversion kit...http://www.hlj.com/product/BCL1990

Although concept art showed the ver. Ka setup, I'm hoping that's once again just a stand in. Clearly they're pretty far along in development but at least I've got something to look forward to now.

Oh, yeah, and ReZel Commander version. Jan 2011.

Am I the only person who sort of dislikes how they're making the Katoki Wing redesigns (and inevitably the original designs)? I looked forward to one day bashing and retooling them, but now they're just ready to do. No fun left.

The way things are going I'd say: Nataku sometime in the summer. Heavyarms in Fall/Winter. EW Heavyarms sometime early next year (2012). And Tallgeese/Leos mid 2012. Hopefully, they do the opposite and release a new Wing kit every month in 2011 that way we'll have the Tallgeese by sept.
Hey, how's it going?

Well... I've been planning an Epyon conversion... so it'll probably be that. LOL!

No one posted about the MG 00. Was just a matter of time really.
