Either scratch building one (use Mike's Mosquito build as a reference), or if you're lazy, you may be able to buy one online and use - I purchased a 1/6th scale gatling gun a while ago, and though it may be a little big for 1/100 scale MG kits, it could work with the larger ones:

Here ya go:
Minimal G Thread: http://fichtenfoo.com/v-web/bulletin/bb/viewtopic.php?t=917
On my site: http://fichtenfoo.com/

It's three pieces of 1/16" aluminum tubing and some styrene for the connector. The rear is made from random stuff.

Why not order the parts from Rainbow 10 for with the RX-78-5 MG, the Heavy Arms, or the Gouf Custom? You can get parts numbers at Dalong.net.

How long does it usually take to get parts through Rainbow 10?  I've heard it can take quite a while.  But I like the idea, I think I might pick up a couple weapons or packs from there, if it isn't too much.

Also, for the gattling gun, you might want to look through your local toy store for the large size GI-Joe's.  I'm pretty sure I saw one that came with a good size chain gun, and the scale is close to some 1/100's, plus they might have some other good gear that you can use for scratch building.  Also, you can see first hand before you buy.

I ordered parts once from rainbow ten, and got the parts within 10 days.  Very quick service.

And the large scale GI Joe figures are 1/6th scale - like I had suggested...
