Yeah, my wife likes them too, which would be reason enough to keep them right? Tongue
But the rest of the parts will get their streaky paint downward probably, which is in a different direction from the shell...

Damned be my bad painting skills!
I should've tested on a spoon first, then I'd have known in advance and would've added the streaks the right way.

You could probably just gently sand it back with fine grit to remove the paint texture if not the colour and just go over the top, I actually like the streaky finish though!
