Gongrafreakinlations!! (thats congratulations x200 zillions )  Razz
They say one never finds the feeling of being home until he has children , So did you find the feeling or too tired to ?  Tongue
In the first stages of giving birth , all parents start freaking out especially dad's when they find them-selves not relating to the miracle they have , But it soon changes when they get used to it ! .

Best of luck !
And nice to see ya back to teh modeling world ..  Wink

5  Models / Model In-Progress / Re: NEW PROJECT 1/100 Z-GOBLIN on: February 09, 2008, 02:08:49 PM
This is too cool to be true >:}
I have no doubt that you chose a great caster , Based on people's experience and reviews with Briegel , Your casted final products lived up to all expectations .  Wink
On a side note , You mentioned working on the Art work , Could you please share with us what you have on your mind ? , I mean whats the idea or vision you want to visualize the mecha with ? .. Any sketches you can show us ? http://www.dtmpower.net/forum/images/smilies/bowdown.gif

And on the name , I Totally Support it!
It's Freaki'n Awesome  ... I think names of art works and artists labor should solely be based on their experience and affection . Right now i can't figure out which one i like more Garbaldy or Garibaldi ...  Razz
but i'll stick with the official name , Garbaldy it is !

Luca i really appreciate your friendly and helpful desire and answer my stupid questions , But your like my role-model Tongue , BIG FAN OF YOU AND YOUR WORK !

Thanks

7  Models / Model In-Progress / Re: It was a Lunapawn.. on: January 25, 2008, 04:31:55 PM
lulz after the rusting i really started believing that this guy was made of metal .
TOO REAL  Tongue, You must have some kick ass painting skills to achieve such real rusty effect . Wink

Are you planning on doing a base ?

Thanks
8  Models / Model In-Progress / Re: NEW PROJECT 1/100 Z-GOBLIN on: January 25, 2008, 04:26:43 PM
Well , Did you take it to the caster ?
Whats your plans so far on recasting this mecha ?

9  Models / Model In-Progress / Re: Queen Nefer-Titty on: January 25, 2008, 04:14:54 PM
It's Teh FilmMkr  ARRRRRRRRRR!!
You don't know me , But I've been a big fan of yours .. BTW what happened to your perverted jumping boobies Avatar  Razz? Your pervertedly cool .  Cool
Anyhoo , This W.i.P is too good to be true , Crisp , Clean , Accurate , Professional photo's . In-detail report about the progress . I am truly flabbergasted  . Nice hands by the way  Tongue. No cuts , No freakishly tall nails ..
Anyway , The girl is really sexy .. I'd love to see the skin tone your choosing . Maybe something like Honey Brown ?
Also how are you going to do all the masking on the  little details (Crown/Head accessory) ? (Liquid masking or old school?)

And speaking about How-to GK's / Plastic model assembly BOOKS you seem like the right guy to start one .
Because as far as i know there's no officially ENGLISH released books handling this information and subject . OFC there's magazines and a thausand online article but no starting modeler well have the well to look and read old articles that are barely getting updated .

~ CAN'T Wait for the next update  Happy Smirk

10  Models / Model In-Progress / Re: Lighthouse Standoff on: January 25, 2008, 03:48:35 PM
This is something really creative , Especially the way you built the light house , I mean a cup and a lid !?!? .. Who would've imagined anything like that!  Tongue
Sir your not only a kick-ass professional modeler but a very creative person , =D .
Well , As far as the progress goes i think it's all coming together nicely , No small paradox's here or there , The human kid scale is perfect and the boat scale is also really well studied . It's like there's a good story behind this model, A story one understands not by reading or listening but by looking . I Suppose this is what I'd call Eye-reading  Razz.
I can't wait to see the textures you chose for the light house , Also Foo do you have any ideas about the base ?
Maybe a rock cliff and a see crashing on the shore . Like something done in this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RQQHg4tg9r4 great video (Z'gok Diorama) .

Keep us updated !
can't wait to see ur next update .

11  Models / Model In-Progress / Re: It was a Lunapawn.. on: January 17, 2008, 01:25:14 PM
This is really really cool ..
Damn i love the colors you used perfect contrast IMHO. The sculpting job you did is really clean, esp in the second photo it clearly shows that.

Well , Can't wait for the next updates  Shifty
And as for the names .. I'd suggest something like ,  CCP-Unit:1
I don't know really ;P .

I am off to Petra now , See all around .

12  Models / Model In-Progress / Re: Patrol in the Debris Field on: January 17, 2008, 01:05:50 PM
Lurv your work !
All these little nips here and there on the fireball makes it look really real .
Foo , Have you ever thought of taking a career as a movie sculptor/Modeler Tongue , You'd kick ass in sci-fi stuff thats for sure ..

Anyhoo , U.P.D.A.T.E.S Please  Razz

Thanks
13  Models / Model Gallery / Re: SD Duel Gundam on: January 13, 2008, 03:37:52 AM
@Nix0-san: I'd suggest another SD than the Astray, actually, as the Red Astray isn't too great an SD kit. The Zaku SDs are much better designed, as there are less gaps to putty, etc.

I just saw your reply , Thank you for telling me that .. I added another SD Zaku (char's) to my order , Still waiting my stuff to arrive  Shifty.

Thanks
14  Models / Model Gallery / Re: 1/144 HGUC Gogg on: January 13, 2008, 03:14:39 AM
I like your work , But maybe you can take more pictures , To show us all the mod's and details ..
Use the "Micro" botton on your camera and turn off the flash . I am sure we will be able to see much more if you do that ..
I like the painting , You can feel the shadowing .. But the yellow you used is quite drastic , Is it yellow or apple green in the first place ? .. Anyway the yellow/greenish color somewhat created a sharp contrast .  Happy Smirk

Of course colors is more of a personal taste , So never mind me  Tongue
BTW: Are you thinking about doing some weathering ?

Best of Luck ~
Thanks
15  Models / Model Gallery / Re: Non scale Berserk EVA 01 [Alpha] - image heavy on: January 13, 2008, 03:05:56 AM
There's So much going on in that kit !
Every singly little detail , Decals , Fire , Flames , Lava pool , Wings !
And not to mention one kick ass "NERV" Base , W00t man .. This is the best Resin mecha kit i've seen up to date.
Not because i am hard core Evangelion fan , But also because i love your techniques especially when it cam to creating flames and fire .

I Guess your one the guys that wont believe in the word " Impossible "  Arrrr!

Bravo !
Best of luck
Thanks
16  Models / Model In-Progress / Re: 1/100 G-System Deepstriker on: January 13, 2008, 02:45:23 AM
This sucker is Massive!
So far your work is amazing , Are you thinking about filling the space between the option parts on the shoulder ? I think it would enhance the overall appearance  ARRRRRRRRRR!.

Please Keep as updated!!
Can't wait to see the coloring and the further modification >;D

Best of Luck !
17  Models / Model In-Progress / Re: Patrol in the Debris Field on: January 12, 2008, 02:55:30 PM
Oh !

* Writes i am stupid thausand times over the blackboard *

It's "Space" , Not " Ocean Depths" ..  Razz
I had a completely different idea about this lol.
Well Space is fine .. It's actually cooler than Deep oceans   Cool

Well if as you said foo it's space then FREAKIN HELL NO . Don't put any kind of rust .. Maybe some heat damage ya know from the fraction .. Tongue (again it's just brown around the bolts probably)

Now , Aren't you supposed to be posting updates about this W.I.P ?
Don't tell me you haven't been doing some progress , Cuz that'll break me ..  Tongue

Best Of Luck Wink!

18  Models / Model In-Progress / Re: Standby pose Ex-S on: January 12, 2008, 12:43:40 PM

The mods on the chest are really cool looking  Cool

Keep it up !
Thanks
19  Models / Model In-Progress / Re: Patrol in the Debris Field on: January 12, 2008, 12:41:21 PM
Foo YOU ARE AWESOME !

Just the idea of this Simple Diorama is Mind tickling .. I am not sure why but divers always seemed to represent depth to me , Maybe cuz they go to the deepest parts of sea's / Oceans..  Arrrr!

Anyway , So far so good .
The Hair spray technique is working perfectly to achieve the rust old looks ..
Although Foo , I'd suggests you hand paint a little red on the sides , And maybe around the bolts over the ships metal plate.

It's more of 70% red + 30% Brown (light brown) to get the rusty color
http://www.cynical-c.com/archives/bloggraphics/zombieships.jpg

Never mind the guy on the right >;D
Also it seems that rust forms as dripping from higher to lower parts (No idea why  Wacko)
Also , I am not sure but maybe the Divers suits well also have some minimal rust ? (in life like conditions Shifty)
But seriously it's freaking nice to see you back to modeling , I've been waiting so long after the commissions lol.

Best of Luck , And Keep Rockin Teh World  Happy Smirk
