I broke another piece on my Master Grade F-91, so I gave up on it

I was mainly using it to test techniques and now I'm working on a model for real. But yeah, if anyone needs some parts from the F-91 MG, I have all the weapons, the stand, and leg parts still on the tree.
So, I ordered my next kit, the HGUC Operation V three pack of Gundam, Guncannon, and Guntank. I'm started on the Gundam first, even though we all know Guntank is the coolest of the three.
This is my first time really having to deal with seams, though I used the plastic weld a few times on the F-91. But this is the first time I've used it on huge parts, like the leg pieces. I love the stuff. After sanding, it looks like it was always one piece, not two.
I also, for the first time, am using putty, to take care of the gaps I miss. I apply it to all seams just to be double sure they are filled. I used Squadron green putty, mixed with alchol, so it's more liquid and I just brush it on. Works great, since it flows into the seams and holes on the model.
Here's the different leg pieces on kabobs after one coat of primer. I'm going to go back out later after pancakes and put another coat on, and another later if need be. How many coats of primer do you guys usually do? I'm using Testor's acrylic white primer from the little half ounce bottles.
Here's a pic of all the pieces I'm currently airbrushing. I've only got one coat of primer so far, so you can still seen some putty on it.

. Love the stuff.
http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c184/Vinnems/foot.jpgI'll post more pics later after some more primer coats. I finally have a weekend where I didn't take extra work and I have no assignments or tests due next week, so I'm working on this model like crazy!
Oh, and I have another question. The model came with a sheet of those stickers that are clear. Not like the normal eye stickers and what not, but stickers that are like decals, but instead of rubbing them on, they're just stickers but clear all around. Know what I'm talkin about? Anyways, is there a way to apply those without being able to tell they are stickers? Some are really cool and I'ld like to put a few on.
MOD EDIT - REMOVED HUGE IMAGES
