I have had this problem before and here is what was recommended to me.  Polishing Compound.

You can polish down the topcoat that went on terribly rather than having to start the painting process again.  Just be prepared to rub in tiny circular motions all over the pieces.

It's another masterpiece.  Have we come to expect anything less from you?  So what can we look forward to next?

I love it!  I always thought the katana are too large compared to the rest of the kit.  But the pictures without the blades look amazing!

Clearly this is the Sazabi to end all Sazabi. (How do you pluralize Sazabi)?

Hi everyone,

I wanted to get some critiques on my OOB, Tamiya (leftover)sprayed Gouf V2.0   I am trying to use up the remaining Tamiya Lacquer spray cans I have so the armor is Tamiya Mica Blue while the darker armor is Tamiya Mica Blue over a coat of Tamiy semi-gloss black.  The silver is Tamiya Mica Silver.  Other than that it is pretty vanilla, except for the Aurora sticker for the eye.

Hi everyone,

I just finished my Sinanju this past weekend and managed to take some decent shots.  This build took me almost 3 months but I can't complain as I enjoyed it (for the most part).  Decals are a combination of decals from Samuel Decal, Wave, and some leftover Hi-Nu decals, but I had to do some 'customizing' of them.  This was done using Tamiya and Mr. Color Spray cans, so there are some errors, of course.  Pretty much an OOB build but I did remove the seams on the shoulders (somewhat successfully).  Looking forward to reading what the more experienced have to say.

I really like the work you did on the weapons.  It looks sleek, new, and menacing!

...and all I have to show so far is the rifle.  But I think it looks cool and wanted to share.  All done with Tamiya Spray cans.  Let me know where I have gone wrong so I can do better next time.  Thanks for looking!

Very well done!  The colours came out looking great.  I can always tell when I find a piece to be of superior work because it makes me want to go out and by the kit.  I now want to buy this kit.

I can make a few wallpapers for you. Which images would you like?

I really like the 2nd and 4th images.  That shield makes me crazy.

Thanks!

Gorgeous!

But how can you complete this in 2 and 1/2 weeks? I have been working on mine for almost 2 months! (I must really suck ;)  )

Do you have larger images that I can use for wallpaper?

I especially like the shield!  The Orange works wonderfully and really makes the shield shape stand out.  Bravo!

Looks awesome!  How did you paint the black and gold pieces?  I love that the black is so glossy I can see reflections.

That colour looks sexy.  If I wanted to get that kind of shiny glean on a colour such as yellow, would following the same steps be the way to go?

Primer
Gloss Black
Super Chrome
several coats of yellow

The reason I ask is because I have wanted to try a gunpla in yellow, but the tamiya spray yellows seem very weak compared to their other colours.

This looks really good.  I like how the weapon turned out and the aftermarket pieces look really good too.  The bar is set pretty high on this forum for Sinanju.

I checked that seller out before, but the Sinanju set is listed at $35.00 not $25.00.  A little too pricey for me. Oh well, I am off to Akihabara anyway tomorrow.. ;)

Looks great!  How are you securing those heavy thrusters?  What kind of glue do you find works well for it?  I had thought about metal pieces for my Sinanju but am not sure how to attach them.

Magnets!  Great idea.  My B-club hands for my F91 keep coming apart.  Magnets!

I also sent in a pre-order request but didn't receive a reply.

Perhaps I forgot to include my FFF username or something along those lines.

As it is past the June 15th deadline, maybe I am out of luck.

again can you tell me your email address. actually we have some unpaid pre-order and maybe you missed our invoice? if you are still in, can you drop your message again with your login name by tomorrow.

Thank you!  I emailed you now.  Woohoo!
