Wonderful work! especially the miniature details and such. What interests me is the background for your photography.. it seems reflective with a gradient and all. Care to share a little about the photography setup?

Anyone knows how to dissolve latex glue without using corrosive liquids that would damage plastics?

Anyway, I've been away too long! You've gotten so many many kits back in the pipeline its always exciting. I haven't read the entire manga but i have watched the CG version of appleseed. The  landmates are coolness man...

Quick It needs inking  :D !! Its looking great and clean now.. Your topcoat is satin? or flat? cos if its flat, its going to be messy when you do a wash.. hard to wipe off any excess

Is the dog eating your part an excuse for depriving us!! haha.. just thought of funny "my dog ate my homework" excuses :P

Tools / Dremel Questions

I've used one alot for my qubeley (goodness knows when i'll get back to it) but I think it does an extremely rough job. I had to do lotsa sanding with a needle file. Just look at lines on this

I had an ac to dc adaptor which had an adjustable voltage and I could vary the speed abit. Think if you intend to remove seams and flash.. its no point. But for heavy duty hole making and reshaping, I think its pretty decent. You need to practise alot before you're able to control it. Also, I think you might have to get different tips and bits instead of the one provided.

I know what you're talking about with the foot area. It gets real tight but its really fine cos underneath is not going to be visible. Trouble is after you squeeze it in you'll never get it out without any damage.. so make sure you're not going to be taking it apart. As for the gloass coat.. i think its not necessary to apply it to that. Since the cover is going over the foot and its not a mobile part, I should think that its easier to coat it according to parts that are static.. like a foot, hand, head, chest. No real need to coat it then assemble the smaller parts.

If not, I'll just smash it with the sledgehammer out in the garage.

Remember to smash it in a plastic bag or something, otherwise the parts would fly all over and make a mess!   also, you'll have a nice bag of spare detail parts to use.

Sad to hear it take a fall. it suxxs!!

That comes with the first run of the legend gundam. I'm not sure if they actually do sell it separately or if it'll come with future releases of MG or NG kits. Anyone know? They come in a milky white kinda plastic, not they grey you see there. It has to be painted and stuff...

Maybe you could pin it and make it fixed pose? I guess it would still suck but at least you can pose it however you want..
