Update on my status:

Add four to my already-stated three. I might even be able to pay with my friend's ATM card so the cash-payment issue is no longer valid. But man, these bases are awesome. I'm stoked.

Woo!  Alright, the order has been placed - will be getting in a case of these guys sometime this week!  Slight miscalculation on my part though - shipping was ALOT more than I expected, so the price is going to be a little higher than I expected - an extra $1 should be the most it increases (so instead of $5.75, they'll be $6.75).  I should be able to get these up on the website by the weekend (though something has come up that may prevent that).  I'll also work something out for those who want to buy ALOT of these guys - maybe buy 5 or 6, and get one free - something along those lines.  Will finalize all of this later this week.  Over and out.

I just got my 4 action bases from Fulcy who dropped them off at my place. (while picking up a few things) They're very nice! Bigger than I thought they'd be. The octagon without the square protrusion is 5.5" wide. For some reason I was picturing them to be more like 3-4" wide. They're still awesome though! I'll set one up later and take some pics.

I snapped one up quick and posed my MG Strike on it. Why the strike? Because the base that came with it takes up too much room. I'll be using this one from now on!

The base is rather nice. Many pegs for various heights and positions of the stand. Both support rods for the base are height adjustable. It even comes with a name-plate to stick in one of the holes and a padded sticker to protect your crotch paint.

I'm starting to think that 4 won't be enough!

It's a recast of the MkII base. The bases you've got are cheaper, and surely higher quality. I'd probably want 2 or 3 depending on whether I feel like modding my Freedom Gundam's base (it's too tall and sticks straight up, yuck!).

I threw my other 3 bases together today. I ended up replacing the bases of my Cloud09 and my Hazel [Stutzer] with them as they look much nicer. I'll have to get some more of these soon as they're woring out really great for posing kits and saving shelf space!
