I can't believe my eyes! I HATE the F-91, or at least I used to until I saw your versions! Seeing these actually makes me want to get one of the kits. Great and creative work! Top notch!

No problem Flucy, I'll just take the Ka. conversion kit then. Don't worry about the GM cannon. Thanks for the effort!

Nice to see this finally done! I love the "old skool" paint scheme and colors, they work surprisingly well with the newer style markings. It has a very MSV box art feel to it. Great job!

Ops, yeah I missed that. I would not mind picking up one of those as well. Thanks for checking it out.

Looks like a decent conversion package, I like the high mobility packs and the rear mounted beam sabres. I can't tell if they will take orders from the US.

Are there any Korean members who can clue me in on this?

Nice job on the kit itself. The wreckage is a real nice touch the stuff you used and the arangement look convincing, some times its hard to make things look random with out losing cohesion. Good work! If I may ask what were the parts used for the heap?

I like the single large thruster. Are you going to add any antenna or sensors like the wing type ones on the Snake eye? Although with a see through visor I guess it would not have screens/displays...or maybe it has some HUD's. Ops! I am getting a little carried away. Looks nice, I can't wait to get a hold of the one I ordered. On a side not what do you think of the quality/fit of the kit itself?

Model Talk / EX Black tiger!?
« on: January 03, 2007, 10:19:24 AM »
So we have known that the EX Cosmo Zero was coming out, but I had no idea that the Black Tiger was going to be done as well. Makes me happy! now all we need is the Cosmo Tiger II, I can't imagine they would not do it too. The thing I really enjoy, is that it seems Bandai has gone with a near identical design interpretation as the Yamato Mechanics version. I would link the site, but it seems to have disappeared.

Nice Foo!! that would not happen to be a pic of the new EX model coming out would it? I sure hope it is. I may have set back my project..I tore down the rear section and tried something else.....maybe I should stop trying to refine it and finish the damn thing.

I really like how this is coming along. Now that it has some primer on it I can see a lot more of the details. I particularly like the vents on the side, the plates over the main cannon and the gun/launcher thing just to the side of the main gun. Maybe I should just ask what it is   Are you planing any more panel lines on the front section? Just currious. Keep up the good work!

I actualy did this kit a while back. It took a drop off of a bookshelf and was forgoten, till I found it yesterday. I fixed a couple of the broken parts so technicaly you could say it was just "re-finished".

This is one of my all time favorite bikes. I always said I would get one some day, sad to say of the 10 or so motorcycles I have owned this has not been one of them. Well at least I have the model! Any how, it is a Tamiya 1/12 kit,  I modified it a tad with wider more modern wheels from a Ducati 888 (front forks as well). Besides that it is OOB.

I did a little virtual work (thanks to FF for the photoshop tutorial). I came up with a patern I liked and then tried some different color schemes. here is a link to the Album:

Note: there are no markings yet.

Oooo, I want one.
What are you gona do for paint?

That is something I am having some difficulty with. I am not sure what I am going to do color wise. I might do something like the garish Homeworld markings or maybe go for a more subdued light grey/white scheme.

I like it for the details and even more so for its originality. I don't think I have ever seen a similar Sazabi. I might add I am partial to the color orange, so that helps.

I stopped messing around with the Dom/Dias and got back to work on this.
So it is time for another update. I have mostly finished with the top, and
figured out what to do with the nose section. I was kind of going for the
funky '60-'70's thing. I tried making it a little sleeker as well. It is coming along,
but damn! finishing work is a pain. Lots of putty-ing left to do still....

Here is the rest, I tried to get a bunch of angles:

I am astounded by your work in general and on this mecha. To be able to envision this and then bring it to life in 3 dimensions...You Sir, have a true gift for creation! Everything seems to flow and look just right. A ton of subjucts and designs get casted that don't even hold a candle to your work, I hope that we will be able to see this as a kit. I wish you great success   commercially for your endeavors.
