Man, you just keep getting better Mike.  I love everything about these guys, the weathering, the colors, the rust is fantastic, and everything else.  Stunning.

I agree, you did a great job on both of the models!!!  8)

But I think you could have added a few extra crew members on both of the ships.

Still, Great Job Mike!!!

Dude that's wonderful ! there's so much to see. I agree with Clee a Crew on the deck could give more life to the models.

Sweet jesus dude!  :twitch:

They look seriously cool mike, so much fantastic detail, you've done a great job as usual.

Looking forward to seeing the lillian g on the bridge base, I'm sure the whole thing together will look amazing!

Thanks guys! And not to worry... crew are coming! I'm waiting on the official crewmen and woman. Pics of the first two here:

The bridge base will be for the new ship design I'm starting this weekend. I wasn't thinking clearly when I started this and forgot that I have a 14" clearance in my display case. Usually not an issue... unless you do a ship with a tall mast and plan to have it floating 8" in the air over a bridge. The next ship will be smaller and fit better in the scene anyway.

WOW!
This is stunning. Really like the small additions on the Lilian G. The realism of the cargo (tires, chains, wood crates, barrels, sand bags, etc...) on both ships is fantastic.
Yout work is truly inspiring FF.

Cheers
What a piece of junk!

I don't even know where to start. It just hit me in the face with believability in flying ships and general awesomeness.  8)
I think you have realized Ian's concepts perfectly and added your own as well. Top shelf.
Are the tractor tires rubber from a kit, or are you that good these days ?   ^_^

Love the pallets and the barb wire too. Were the pallets/other items not in the wip distressed and weathered with the AK stuff as well?
The scale is insane on these, and the bird shit was where I decided you just nailed it. Thought of it all. Perfect.
Awesome work dude.
