Great job on the two Remoras Mike! :-) I like the way you applied the weathering, wear and tear on the two models, the effects look outstanding.

Keep up the great work.

Looks like the Fichtenfoo modeling robot was turned back on.  :D
Damn man, my socks are off! I feel the weathering. I am excited to see the bridge you do. Really great scale on all the paintwork too.
10 out of 10 so far, and I don't see that changing.. and 2 of them!!!

Thanks guys!

More progress pics for the 'Remora' and 'Lillian G' as they're named. FInished the paint and chipping, added decals, and started filters.

Holy crap they are looking seriously sweet already dude! Colours are looking great, and I like the hand painted name on Lillian G and the flare of orange at the front. :-)

Absolutely stunning work Sir! Multiply it by two!

All the vibrant colors even if toned down by weathering really compliments the ships as a whole.

Thanks guys! Those are actually decals that look hand-painted. Ian painted them and I used a vector trace to turn them into decals.

Here's the "latest"... okay... I'm actually a little past this, but am saving the rest for the final images. Also you can finally preorder the 2nd Edition of this kit from Industria Mechanika as of today.

AK-Interactive's streaking and weathering products were really nice to work with. They made quick work of my rusty streaks.
